DIY: Pom Pom Garland for under $20
A Pom Pom Garland can be used to string across a fireplace, hung on a tree or spread along a tablescape.
Here is an easy DIY Garland that can be made in any length and any color so no need to try and find it in store.
Supplies Needed:
• Yarn- Micheals ($4 - $5)
• Clover Pom Pom Maker ($10 - $15)
• Scissors
• Thicker Yarn, Twine or Ribbon
1. Follow the instructions on the Pom Pom maker, essentially wrapping the yarn into it over and over, then cutting along the edge and tying it in the center. Repeat until you’ve reached your number.
Tip: How many depends on the length you desire, one large yarn ball can make (12) 3.5 inch poms or (24) 2.5 inch poms.
2. Once all poms are made, thread your thicker yarn, twine or ribbon, through the center of the pom.
3. Continue until all poms are through, space each one about 7-8 inches apart. Tie each end and your done!
