NEW YEARS 2018

It's that time when everyone reflects on the past year and looks forward to the endless possibilities for the new year. It's also that time of year where we sit down and think of those things we would like to work on for a happy, healthy new year.

Resolutions are an amazing chance to start over and reach those goals that maybe we haven't been able to in the past. I've decided to do it a little different this year by doing a 1 month, 6 month and 12 month goal. Different timelines don't seem so daunting and in lieu, more achievable.  

Maybe your resolutions are about a healthier lifestyle, furthering your career, a better family balance, etc or maybe you don't believe in resolutions because everyday is a chance to start over. Whatever the case may be, let 2018 bring hope, love and happiness.
