BATHROOM MAKEOVER UNDER $400
I moved into my home about 4 years ago, I loved the space as a whole but knew there were many things I wanted to update.
I’ve always had an ongoing list and over the years I’ve slowly chipped away at that list in order of priority.
This month I took on my daughter’s bathroom. To be honest, I’ve always hated all the cookie cutter bathrooms in my home and I’ve finally completed bathroom #2.
This dull developer built bathroom gets very little light and was in much need of a facelift.
To begin start by removing everything, just remember that it’s going to look way worse before it gets better and just make sure you have alternative options or plans to complete it quickly. This project could of been done in 2 days, but with 3 kids, work and other obligations, this washroom renovation took about a week.
When taking on a mini bathroom reno, I found there are 4 quick updates that make a major impact:
Mirror (Ikea)
Faucet (Amazon)
Light Fixture (Amazon)
Paint-Benjamin Moore - White Dove (used on walls and cabinets)
Cosmetically adding wallpaper, decals, or a feature wall will also make a big statement.
Peonies decals Urban Walls
Additional Decor:
8x8 Frames- Micheal’s

Prints printed Staples
Sometimes due to budget, it’s not possible to make extreme changes to your home, floors, tiles, tubs, etc. However, with a few cosmetic tweaks to a boring room it can be transformed into a little girls dream. Needless to say, my daughter loves her new pink bathroom!
